Personal Data and Account Deletion Terms and Conditions:

1. Verification Process: Upon submitting a request for account or data deletion, we will conduct a verification process to ensure the request is genuine and to protect your account from unauthorized deletion. This includes sending a verification code to your registered email address and phone number.
2. Irreversible Action: Please be aware that account/data deletion is an irreversible process. Once your account/data is deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored.
3. Loss of Access: Deleting your account will result in permanent loss of access to your account and all associated services and features.
4. Content Deletion: All content, including but not limited to courses, progress reports, and personalized settings, will be permanently removed.
5. Subscription Services: If you have any active subscriptions, they will be immediately terminated without a refund for any unused portion of the subscription term.
6. Data Retention: Some of your data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons, even after account deletion, in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Third-Party Services: If your account is connected to third-party services (e.g., social media), disconnecting and removing doerdo's access does not delete information shared with those services. You may need to contact them directly to delete that information.
8. Responsibility for Content Shared: If you have shared any content with other users or made it publicly available, you may need to delete such content manually or contact us for assistance before your account can be deleted.
9. Financial Transactions: Ensure all pending financial transactions are completed or cancelled, as account deletion will remove your access to transaction histories and receipts.
10. Confirmation Required: After we send a verification code to your email and phone number, you must confirm the deletion request. This is a critical step to prevent unauthorized deletions and to confirm your intent.
